SME and Marketplaces retailers cannot offer their customers the eCommerce return services they are familiar with due to minimum volume requirements. This results in SME retailers and Marketplaces not being able to compete with the big guys on service and losing sales as a result. Online return solution providers such as Collect+, UPS, DPD require a minimum of up to 5,000 returns per annum for direct contracts, which leaves thousands of retailers underserved in the UK alone. By not offering recognized return services SME retailers and Marketplaces see increased basket abandonment and customer retention is hindered. Clicksit holds master contracts with return service providers.
